Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Times
Because our products are custom-made, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. Shipping times can vary depending on your location, but we strive to deliver within this window.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options, and the carrier may vary depending on your location and shipping speed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly from this email to monitor its delivery status.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
a-DAPTE is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely deliveries, please note that shipping times are estimates. Delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or inclement weather. We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control but will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within the United States and are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages
a-DAPTE is not liable for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing time is 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time after shipping is 8-14 business days.

You will receive a tracking number to monitor your package as soon as it has been shipped.
